Novu is developing a 305-unit Class A+ multifamily project in Dallas-Fort Worth’s Grand Prairie submarket. Located at the intersection of I-20 and the President George Bush Turnpike, the project offers quick access to major corridors and is set on a 37-acre wooded site. It will feature 155 one-bedroom, 119 two-bedroom, and 31 three-bedroom units across seven four-story buildings. The project will be able to provide the “best of both worlds” in terms of direct and quick access to the wider DFW market when residents need it and quiet living spaces shrouded in protected, natural features when they don’t.
Novu is developing a 308-unit multifamily asset on a 15.41-acre site in the West Jacksonville submarket. The Project will be a Class A multifamily community located off of Normandy Boulevard just west of I-295, and within a short distance to major employment centers including Amazon, Boeing, and Wayfair. The Project will offer first class finishes in the unit interiors, resort style amenities, and a full complement of outdoor living and recreation areas. The community sits adjacent to established retail, is walking distance to Publix and Winn-Dixie anchored shopping centers, offers quick access to I-295 and I-10, and is a short commute to downtown Jacksonville and area beaches.
Novu is developing a Class A+ 79-unit build-to-rent community in the heart of Nashville. The property is located just north of downtown across the Cumberland River within minutes to Nashville's renowned cultural and entertainment scene. The Project is set upon a bluff overlooking the river and will feature direct views of the downtown skyline. The property will include three- and four- bedroom townhomes where residents will experience the perfect blend of modern comfort, urban convenience, and the necessities of luxury living.
